National central bureau of Interpol in Ukraine has
lifted international call for former deputy chairman of the Security Service of
Ukraine Volodymyr Satsyuk, as his case has been closed. Acting head of the National
central bureau of Interpol in Ukraine Rostislav Vergelis told Thursday at a
press conference.
“Satsyuk’s criminal case was closed in February, and after the corresponding demand had arrived we lifted international call for him,” Vergelis said.
At the same time, Vergelis did not specify which service closed the case – a prosecutor’s office or a court, but he noted that the case was closed due to absence of corpus delicti.
