Accompanied by Education Minister Stanislav Nikolayenko, MP Refat Chubarov, MP Anatoly Kinakh, First Deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff Arseniy Yatsenyuk and Deputy Secretariat Chief of Staff Viktor Bondar, Victor Yushchenko has left for a one-day visit to Crimea, President’s press office informs.

The President is expected to meet with leaders of the autonomy in Simferopol to introduce his new Crimean envoy, Viktor Shemchuk. He will discuss the Tatar issue with Crimea’s Speaker Anatoly Hrytsenko and Prime Minister Viktor Plakida as well as with Refat Chubarov and Mustafa Dzhemilyov.
