The leadership of Chernihiv region shall more actively participate in drafting of regional and interregional programs at state level. Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych stressed during the meeting with administrative-executive representatives of Chernihiv region. “I would like to analyze what projects we could implement jointly both at local and regional level as well as at interregional”, the Head of Government noted, “Cabinet press office” reports.
As an example Viktor Yanukovych cited the interregional program “Voda Donbasa” (Donbas’ Water) implemented in Donetsk, Kharkiv and Luhansk regions.
“National assistance to Chernihiv region is necessary as this region can’t solve the problems accumulated for years”, the PM said. “Let us jointly work today and solve the problem issues”, the Prime Minister said addressing the leadership of Chernihiv region.
