Ukraine and Czechia plan to make changes into bilateral national agreement that regulates questions on custody, care, adoption and also legal relations between parents and children of two countries.
According to the press service of the Justice Ministry, official delegation of Ukraine, headed by the deputy Justice Minister Lydia Horbunova, left for Prague with the purpose to agree changes text to the agreement.
The Justice Minister Olexander Lavrynovych noted that the necessity of changes to the agreement caused by changes in legislation of Ukraine.
Lavrynovych noted that the Ukrainian part is interested in changes to the agreement as they should solve a number of questions on provision of interests of Ukrainians, in particular interests of children living on the territory of Czechia.
Lavrynovych informed about mutual interest to extend common regulations of bilateral agreement on legal aid and legal relations on civil rights between Ukraine and Czechia.
