Andriy Klyuyev, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, has left for Brussels to take part in the European Energy Forum scheduled for January 30 and to present energy policy of Ukraine in the context of cooperation with the EU.

The agenda of his visit includes meeting with European Commission Vice President, Commissioner for Transport Jacques Barrot, EU External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner and Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs.

Klyuyev will also meet with President of European Parliament Hans-Gert Poettering, representatives of European Investment Bank and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. 

Andriy Klyuyev is accompanied by First Deputy Transport Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Korniyenko, First Deputy Fuel and Energy Minister of Ukraine Vadym Chuprun, Chairman of the board of national joint-stock company NaftoGaz Ukrainy Volodymyr Sheludchenko.
