The speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Olexander Moroz is convinced as before that the law on the Cabinet will be published but he could not precise the term. Moroz told the journalists in an interview, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
Moroz noted that the President’s Secretariat of Ukraine, having prepared its proposals to the law “On the Cabinet of Ukraine”, forwards to the Parliament eight remarks to be adopted. “Having looked through these remarks and charged the legal experts of the Cabinet and the Verkhovna Rada to do the same, I can say that five-six of these remarks can be adopted,” he said.
According to Moroz, the Parliament does not agree to compromise with the President on question of appointment of Ministers with the President’s agreement. “The matter concerns that this norm is not in the Constitution and one should not write in the law authorities that contradict the Constitution,” Moroz explained.
He also noted that the People’s deputies are against of adoption in the law of those remarks of the President that are concerned the Constitution questions.
