Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych held a meeting with British Ambassador to Ukraine Timothy Barrow, “Cabinet press office” informs.
The meeting concerned preparation for the meeting of Prime Minister of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych with Prime Minister of Great Britain Tony Blair during the World Economic Forum in Davos.
They also discussed development of bilateral trade-economic and investment cooperation between Ukraine and Great Britain.
During discussion Viktor Yanukovych noted that Ukraine is interested in deepening Ukrainian-British energy cooperation. “To my mind we have significant undiscovered potential in this sphere”, the Ukrainian PM said.
In his turn, Ambassador Timothy Barrow expressed confidence in further development of broad cooperation between Ukraine and Great Britain.
