To the end of 2007 the Justice Ministry of Ukraine will implement modernized version of the United register of special blanks of notarial documents that will allow to reduce abuse in this sphere. The correspondent decree was signed by the Justice Minister of Ukraine Olexander Lavrynovych.
The United register of special blanks of notarial documents is an electronic data base containing information on handed out special blanks and notarial documents.
According to press service of the Justice Ministry, modernization of register will allow to strengthen control for circulation of special blanks of notarial documents. In such way it is planned to raise level of protection of property rights and interest of citizens and legal entities and also to create additional barrier for criminal against the property.
After implementation of a new version of the register, notaries will be responsible for authenticity check of special blank of notarial documents through the United register.
Special attention will be given to spoiled blanks. Notaries will give spoiled, anniented or faulty blanks to Publishing centre of Ukrainian Notary office.
