BYuT leader Yulia Tymoshenko considers the budget bill-2007 adopted by the President Viktor Yushchenko shady and corrupt.

The President Viktor Yushchenko approved the bill on state budget for 2007, revised by the Verkhovna Rada.

“Viktor Yushchenko didn’t have moral right to sign the budget bill, taking into consideration all its shortcomings. One should transfer a right and responsibility to sign the budget to Olexander Moroz under the Constitution,” Tymoshenko said.

Moreover, according to Tymoshenko, the President’s councils were first who called the budget shady and corrupt; they also noted that there is a significant reduce of growth rate of minimum salary and interference in activity of local authorities. Yulia Tymoshenko opines that after such announcements to sign this budget bill means to admit defeat of the State before the clans.

“I pity that the President signed the worst budget in the Ukraine’s history and took responsibility for people’s poverty that should belong to Yanukovych” Tymoshenko noted.
