The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin considers the activity of intergovernmental committee will contribute to progress of bilateral trade-economic relationships. The President of the RF told at the session of the intergovernmental committee “Yushchenko-Putin.”
The Russia’s President noted that Ukraine and Russia have extensive experience of cooperation within the committee. According to him, a number of meetings of subcommittees were held before the committee’s session.
“This is a good ground for today’s meeting,” Putin said. According to him, he and the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko “scrutinized every issue” before the committee’s session. Putin said that committee’s agenda is very saturated. According to the Russia’s President, the session of the committee should “give trade-economic communications a significant impulse”. Putin considers the priority issue is cooperation in aircraft construction, transport and communications spheres. Also there is a good prospective in mutual cooperation in agriculture.
