The Cabinet filed four administrative suits against the President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko. Olexander Lavrynovych the Justice Minister of Ukraine told at today’s briefing, the ForUm’s correspondent informs.
“All these suits are related with that the President doesn’t want to dismiss the heads of district and regional administrations whom two thirds of local deputies’ corps expressed distrust,” he said.
According to Lavrynovych, there is already an appeal in Pechersky court of Kyiv against the President’s decree on order of some personnel appointments.
Moreover, the Justice Minister of Ukraine said that “the Cabinet is not going to appeal against the President’s decision about cancellation of appointments of deputies Interior Minister.”
