Our Ukraine faction collects signatures under a declaration for
Constitutional Court of Ukraine as regards unconstitutional character of the
political reform. OU member Petro Poroshenko told journalists Monday.
According to Poroshenko, the main issue for today is to agree with BYuT the corresponding submission to Constitutional Court. He reminded that according to the decision of Our Ukraine congress, Our Ukraine faction must appeal to CC on unconstitutional character of the political reform.
Poroshenko did not say the number of collected signatures and refused to forecast date of submission. According to him, “it is needed first to work out the document thoroughly.” At the same time, according to him, the declaration on unconstitutional character of the political reform will be considered not before spring of the next year.
