On their arrival to Tallinn Victor and Kateryna Yushchenko were welcomed to Tallinn’s Presidential Palace by Estonia’s President Toomas Hendrik Ilves and First Lady Evelin Ilves.
They were honored with a military ceremony that included a performance of national anthems and flags of both nations.
Mr. and Mrs. Yushchenko signed a book for honorary guests in the palace and exchanged presents with the hosts.
The two leaders are now meeting one-on-one and will later attend Ukraine-Estonia talks, expected to result in the signing of a Joint Declaration.
