The award “Weed of the year 2006” was also given to State department of Ukraine on execution of punishment. Zaharov also noted that the reward was given to SBU and Office of Public Prosecutor for illegal deportation of 11 Izbeks, seeking for political asylum in Ukraine on February 14, 2006, and to Office of Public Prosecutor of Alchevsk in Lugansk region for systematic and the most demonstrative inactivity in case of violation of human rights because of repeated denial to conduct independent investigations of cruel treatment in police office.
