The representative of the President of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada Roman Zvarych emphasizes that the Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych will report to the Head of the State Viktor Yushchenko for directives performance of the Ukrainian delegation at the meetings within the business visit of the Prime Minister to the USA.

Zvarych commented on it Monday.

“Viktor Yanukovych is paying a visit to the USA as a Prime Minister of Ukraine” he said.

“He should act exclusively in accordance with directives approved by the President under item 3, article 106 of the Ukraine’s Constitution, which says that the President governs foreign policy of the State,” he emphasized.

“It is difficult for me to predict how Viktor Yanukovych will behave during his visit. In case the directives will be broken he as the Head of the Government should report to the President. It is registered in the Ukraine’s constitution,” he said.

The working visit of Yanukovych has started today and will last up to December 7.
