SBU let Zatulin in Ukraine

Security Service of Ukraine gave deputy of the State Duma of Russia, director of Institute of the CIS countries Konstantin Zatulin temporal entry permission on territory of Ukraine for participation in seventh session of inter-Parliamentary commission on cooperation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Federal council of Russian Federation.

Press secretary of chairman of the Security service of Ukraine Marina Ostapenko reported Monday.

According to Marina Ostapenko, on December 4 SBU allowed Zatulin Ukraine, taking into consideration that his visit has official aim and he has come to our country with official delegation. Osatpenko emphasized the SBU’s regulations of prohibition to entry the Ukraine and Appeal court’s decision in Kyiv remains valid.

The seventh session of inter-Parliamentary commission on cooperation of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Federal council of Russian Federation is taking place in Kyiv on December 4-6.

As a reminder, on June 3 of the current year SBU made a decision to forbid Zatulin Ukraine because his participation in protest actions against exercises under the aegis of NATO in Feodosiya.

SBU considered his actions and deeds to be directed to the destruction of ukraine’s integrity.
