Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anatoly Hrytsenko considers the Defense Ministry the most transparent Governmental institution. The Minister said it today before the rewarding the officer’s ranks on the occasion of 15th anniversary of Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“Army becomes transparent for our society, I even say without exaggeration that it is the most transparent Governmental institution among all other institutions,” Hrytsenko said.
The emphasized the advantages and disadvantages of it, and impose responsibility on every military man.
He emphasized that the personnel department has something to be proud of as it is a serious achievement towards all directions of the development of AFU. He said that he understands the complicated situation and said that now the struggle is for Defense budget and Army’s recognition in society.
“15 years proved that there is the Ukrainian Army as it is and it increases its military efficiency.” the Minister said.
Hrytsenko wished the officer’s department health, nice spirits and success in Army’s development.
