Foreign Minister of Ukraine Borys Tarasyuk considers
that a visit of Prime Minister Yanukovych to the United States will take place
as scheduled earlier, on December 3-7. The Minister told journalists in Cabinet
on Wednesday, ForUm’s correspondent reported.
Tarasyuk also informed that the Ministry will recall the note, sent to US Embassy, after the President’s decree has come in.
In response to the question what disagreements as regards directives he was afraid of, the minister said: “I was not afraid of anything. Why do you think I was afraid of anything?”
Tarasyuk underscored that having delivered a draft of directives to the Cabinet Foreign Ministry of Ukraine had just carried out its function.
