A growing investment interest to
Ukraine has been demonstrated by the tenth international forum of oil and gas
industry "Oil & Gas 2006", which opened in Kyiv on Tuesday, "Cabinet's press office" reported.
As
many as 240 companies from 17 countries take part in the specialized
exhibitions "Oil and Gas" and "Energy and Energetics
2006: energy efficiency and energy saving are priority directions of energy
policy of majority of countries".
Poland and the United States of
America are represented with national expositions this year.
The general area under the
expositions, as compared to 2005, grew by almost one third up to 9,000 sq. m.
