Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko believes that the parliament should dismiss all four ministers appointed to the government under the quota of the Our Ukraine bloc, Interfax-Ukraine reported.

Presidential secretariat head Viktor Baloha voiced the president's position in Kyiv on Friday.

"For moral, ethical and political reasons, all four ministers who filed their resignations should be dismissed," Baloha said.

As reported, parliament accepted the resignation of Justice Minister Roman Zvarych and Culture Minister Ihor Likhovy. However, two Our Ukraine members - Family, Youth and Sports Minister Yuriy Pavlenko and Health Minister Yuriy Poliachenko - continue working in the government.

Baloha also stated that the President normally perceives the fact that the parliament called the ministers to report. He underlined that ministers must give a report on their work.

Speaking about alleged dismissal of Tarasyuk and Hrytsenko after the parliamentary hearings, Baloha reminded that these posts are the President’s quota, and the decision on expedience of their being in office can be made by Victor Yushchenko only.
