In response to the question of journalists on RF BSF stationing in Crimea, Victor Chernomyrdin stressed that Russia does not intend to obey the decision of Sevastopol appeal court concerning handing over of 22 navigation-hydrographic objects used by RF BSF to Ukraine.
“There are international regulations, and we have a treaty ratified by our parliaments. So rules of International Law work in this situation,” the ambassador said.
