President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko states impossibility
of stationing of Russian Black Sea Fleet on the territory of Ukraine after
2017.
“Constitution of Ukraine does not provide for quartering of foreign military bases on the territory of Ukraine,” the President told journalists at the press conference in Kharkiv.
At the same time he underlined that Ukraine undertook obligation concerning stationing of RF BSF till 2017 and it must meet its obligations in full measure.
