October 25, 2006, the Kirovohrad Oblast Children’s Hospital hosted a presentation of the project to create and construct the Chidren's Hospital of the Future in Kyiv by members of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund, Ukraine3000 reports. Head of the Board of Directors of the Ukraine 3000 Fund Oleksandr Maksymchuk, Honorary President of the Transbank JSCB and member of the Supervisory Board of the Children's Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund Volodymyr Kosterin, and ICTV Channel news host Olena Froliak took part in the presentational press conference.

Mr. Maksymchuk presented the project to create and construct the hospital. He said that a special Children's Hospital of the Future Charitable Fund had been created in Ukraine to raise funds for the construction, with similar funds soon to be registered in America and Europe. He also mentioned the wide support by the mass media to the action, joined by national television channels, and the action launched by Ukraine’s mobile network operators. Ms. Froliak said that the ICTV Channel was among the first to join the project to create and construct the Children's Hospital of the Future in Kyiv, stressing that this action can demonstrate the Ukrainian society how the noble cause of saving Ukrainian children can become a truly nationwide project. Mr. Kosterin spoke about the Transbank’s support to the action on creating and constructing the hospital. He emphasized that the Transbank views the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund as a reliable partner, expressing his hope that many businesspeople would join the project.

The participants of the press conference and representatives of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund also met with Kirovohrad oblast businesspeople.

These events were part of the promotional tour of Ukraine’s oblast centers to present and raise funds for the project on creating and constructing the Children's Hospital of the Future in Kyiv. The project was launched on September 29, 2006, in Lviv and earlier was presented in Sumy, Ternopil, Ivano-Frankivsk, Poltava, Donetsk and Cherkasy.
 
The construction of the All-Ukrainian Health Protection Center for Mothers and Children (the Children’s Hospital of the Future in Kyiv) is envisaged by the Cabinet Decision No. 722 of May 25, 2006, and Clause 17 of the Universal of National Unity.
