Oleksandr Toropchyn, Ukrainian Air Forces Chief Commander, dismissed a commander of a military unit.
The dismissal followed after the publication out in Segodnya daily disclosing the commander’s illegal actions. The commander was accused of exploitation of two soldiers servicing for a fixed period in civil works. Having been checked, the information appeared to be true.
