October 11, the Ternopil Oblast Communal Children’s Clinical Hospital hosted a Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund’s press conference on creating and constructing The Children's Hospital of the Future in Kyiv, Ukraine3000 informs.
Head of the Board of Directors of the Ukraine 3000 Fund Oleksandr Maksymchuk, medical expert Oleksandr Etnis, and ICTV Channel host Ihor Pelykh took part in the said event.
Maksymchuk familiarized the audience with the project to create Presents the Children's Hospital of the Future in Kyiv and plans regarding its implementation. Mr. Etnis spoke about the project’s medical component, describing the future hospital’s structure and the kinds of pathologies to be treated there. He also said that training centers for doctors will be created at the hospital. In his turn, Mr. Pelykh stressed that the ICTV Channel is honored to take part in creating the Children's Hospital of the Future, adding that, in covering this action, TV channels cease to be rivals, uniting in their support to the children.
Representatives of the Ukraine 3000 International Charitable Fund and press conference participants also presented the project to Ternopil oblast business leaders.
These events were part of the promotional tour to present and raise funds for the project on creating and constructing The Children's Hospital of the Future in Kyiv. The project was launched on September 29, 2006, in Lviv and earlier was presented in Sumy.
