Minister Volodymyr Makukha believes Russia's proposals to optimize gas prices
in exchange for stepping up Russian capital coming to Ukraine are expedient, Cabinet's press office reported.
As the Minister told journalists following discussion of the government's action program "Competitive Ukraine", "we hail foreign investments. When talking about investments we for some reason mean only Europe or America. If these come from Russia they are desired, too.”
