According to him, the first problem was disbalance of the budget. “Despite the increase of fiscal pressure up to 33.3% from GDP at the beginning of this year, the budget has not been met,” the Premier explained, ForUm's correspondent reported.
Yanukovych underlined that prepayment, tax payment and volumes of uncompensated VAT considerably increased. The PM also reminded that disbalance of the budget gave rise to a number of other problems.
According to Yanukovych, the government worries about the state of the most important monopolies of the country, Ukrzaliznytsa and Naftogaz. He declared that in accordance with experts’ estimation, losses of Naftogaz this year might make a milliard and a half USD, and accrued debts of Ukrzaliznytsa exceeded seven milliard UAH.
