According to Vadym Chuprun, First Deputy Fuel & Energy Minister, the Ministry will give the green light to projects for the Ukrainian fuel and energy complex, Cabinet's press office reported.

Chuprun made a statement to the above effect, opening the fourth international forum "Ukraine's Fuel and Energy Complex: Its Present & Future."

According to Vadym Chuprun, Ukraine is in bad need of resources and advanced technologies, so the Ukrainian State will guarantee conducive business environments and stable rules of the game.

As the deputy Minister contended, the Government's cooperation with the business community is now active in the oil industry.

In August the Government signed a memorandum of understanding with major oil companies, which are operational on the Ukrainian market of petroleum products.

An expert group has been formed to monitor the oil market's behavior, Vadym Chuprun told the audience.

The forum was attended by almost 5,000 Ukrainian and foreign experts, senior business executors with Ukrainian and foreign companies, researchers, representatives of insurance organizations.

About 250 leading businesses from fourteen nations presented their materials at an exhibition, which was staged within the forum's framework.
