Vice-PM on Construction, Architecture and Housing Service Volodymyr Rybak informed that 30% of funds allotted to Alchevsk recovery was spent for another purposes. He has disclosed these facts of violation coming out at All-Ukrainian forum addressing the winter problems of the housing and communal services.
He stated the Cabinet’s unwillingness to accuse the previous authorities of damage they did: “We have never accused of predecessors and we are not going now. We have completed this month and there are some tasks which need to be resolved.”
