July 31 President of Ukraine
Victor Yushchenko appointed Oleksiy Ivchenko his part-time adviser, president’s
press office reported.
Before May 2006 Ivchenko held the post of the president of national oil and gas company “Naftogaz Ukrainy”, but left the post in view of his election to the Verkhovna Rada of the fifth convocation on the ticket of the Our Ukraine bloc.
June 30 Ivchenko headed the supervisory board of Naftogaz.
