He also promised that activist of his party would conduct sessions of local councils in all regions of Ukraine to explain the party’s position. “If the Constitution is violated, we will block the parliament’s work,” said Yanukovich.
In response to the question whether the impeachment is possible, the deputy said they will first talk with the power and coalition representatives. “If the power begins to take into consideration another half of the population, we will not generate tension. But we will never permit to deprive 50% of Ukrainians from their right to decide in their own state,” state the PR leader.
Yanukovich called the participants of the coalition to
settle accounts with another part of the parliament and to obey laws of Ukraine
and the Constitution.
