Secretariat of the President of Ukraine hopes that the Constitutional Court will start working in a week, as head of Service of legal policy of the Secretariat Mykola Poludenny told journalists.
He reminded that Ukraine will celebrate the Constitution Day in a week. “We hope that on this holiday the only body of constitutional jurisdiction – Constitutional Court – will function.
Poludenny noted that one of the main President’s tasks for the coalition is renewal of capability of the Constitutional Court.
As a reminder, Constitutional Court of Ukraine has been incapable since October, 2005 as the majority of judges resigned.
