The Cabinet of Ukraine has approved of the land lot register measuring 121.04 hectare for construction of Bohorodchany-Uzhhorod section of the Novopskov-Uzhorod pipeline. The corresponding resolution #737 was passed on May 25, 2006.
According to the resolution, the International Consortium on Management and Development of the Gas-Transport System of Ukraine Ltd. (Kyiv) will rent these lots for construction of the pipeline section. The lots are belonged to Dolynsky District of Ivano-Frankivsk Region. The Cabinet commissions the Dolynsky District State Administration to conclude a contract of state land tenancy with the International Consortium on Management and Development of the Gas-Transport System of Ukraine Ltd.
The Cabinet of Ukraine has charged the Consortium with recovery of agrarian and forestry production losses in accordance with the legislation.
