Naftogaz intends to attract credits in order to meet the commitments to natural gas payment for RosUkrEnrgo A.G., Fuel and Energy Minister Ivan Plachkov told.
“The National Joint-Stock Company will make loan on the best terms one proposes,” mentioned the Minister today in Kyiv.
He found difficulties to answer the question whether the tender would select a bank-creditor.
According to Plachkov, the Finance Ministry and NJSC Naftogaz have already settled the issue of the first $60 million for payment to RosUkrEnergo. The details were not revealed by the Minister Plachkov.
