Lutsenko confirmed that on May 19 about 10 pm someone called on Shevchenko Police District and informed that Boryspil Prosecutor Oleksandr Kuzovkin had been attacked and injured.
The Head of the Interior Ministry reports that Kuzovkin was shot by unknown persons driving a car with the license plate #513-44 AA. According to Kuzovkin’s testimonial evidences quoted Lutsenko, there were persons of 35-40 and had nothing in common with “the well-known” persons of Ukraine.”
Yuri Lutsenko pledged to conduct objective investigation. “Unfortunately, it is an ordinary case and such case still exist,” concluded Lutsenko.
