The President of Ukraine approved of the delegation staff for the XXVII session on arms reduction

The President of Ukraine inked the Decree “On Ukraine’s Delegation for the 2^nd Stage of XXVII Session of the Joint Commission on Implementation and Inspection Created in Accordance with Agreement between the USSR-USA Treaty on the Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms of July 31, 1991.”

According to the document, Ukraine’s delegation consists of Volodymyr Balashov, the Director of Controlling Department over Arms and Military-Technical Cooperation attached to the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine; Anatoly Shevtsov, the Director of Dnipropetrovs’k Branch of the National Institute on Strategic Studies, chief scientist of Yangel’s Yuzhnoye State Design Office; Oleksandr Dotsenko, Chief of the NSDCU Department of Foreign Policy Aspects of National Security; Borys Kostenko, the Head of the Defence Policy General Service attached to the President’s Secretariat; Victor Taran, the Advisor of the Controlling Department over Arms and Military-Technical Cooperation attached to the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine; Ihor Fedotov, the Chief of the Verification Department of the General HQ of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
