Delegation of Russia State Duma will go to forthcoming presidential election in Belarus and parliamentary elections in Ukraine, as declared Speaker of lower chamber of Russian Duma Boris Gryzlov.
“Certainly we will go. Numerous observers to Belarus and Ukraine,” said Gryzlov.
