Verkhovna Rada voted down the interpellation submitted by Volodymyr Zubanov, the member of Regions of Ukraine faction. The request would ask the President of Ukraine and Interior Minister Yuri Lutsenko to give din-depth information concerning “confidential memorandum on Ukraine’s commitments concerning acceleration of entering in NATO.”
The memorandum may be treated as “the threat to the national security of Ukraine!, the request reads.
