Ukrainian National Defence Council secretary Anatoly Kinakh stressed during a talk with President Lech Kaczynski here Tuesday that Poland support for Ukraine's aspirations to join the EU and the NATO is of utmost importance for Ukraine, EuroPAP informed.
Kaczynski and Kinakh discussed the forthcoming visit of the Polish president to Ukraine and energy security. Kinakh arrived in Poland at the invitation of head of the Presidential Chancellery Andrzej Urbanski who is acting head of the National Security Office BBN.
"Diversification is of fundamental importance for President Lech Kaczynski," Urbanski stressed. According to Kinakh, during Kaczynski's visit to Ukraine "concrete projects connected with energy security" are to be signed, as he put it.
