Naftogaz and RosUkrEnergo have not yet issued any basic act project of the would-be joint enterprise or information about the mechanism of supply and realization of gas in Ukraine, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine press office reported.
“By now the Antimonopoly Committee does not possess the complete statutory information which is necessary for thorough analysis before the final decision to be made,” reads the statement.
According to the statement, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has not been already informed in full about the persons controlling RosUkrEnergo. All mentioned above keeps the Committee from thorough estimation of the project's possible consequences and their influence on Ukrainian markets.
