Ministry of Transport and Communication of Ukraine and State Property Fund failed to prepare the company Ukrtelecom for sale by January 18, as it was ordered by PM of Ukraine Yuri Yekhanurov, the Ministry’s press office informed.
According to Tetyana Markiyan, press-secretary of the Ministry of Transportation and Communication, the Ministry does not take a direct part in the preparation of the company for privatization, but it is responsible for ensuring the stability of the market of communication of Ukraine.
To date the State possesses 92.86% of stock of Ukrtelecom.
