According to the Open Sky Agreement of 2005, Ukraine’s Armed Forces inspection groups conducted 10 observation flight over the territories of Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, Hungary, Germany, Netherlands, Spain and Finland, the Defence Ministry press office reported.

The countries-participants of the Agreement in turns observed the territory of Ukraine. Belgium, the Great Britain, Greece, Italy, Canada, Spain, Netherlands, Romania, the USA, Turkey, Hungary, Germany, the Czech Republic and France conducted inspection in 2005. Hungary, Germany, Slovakia, Poland, France, the USA and Italy conducted the record number of observation flights, Colonel-General Serhiy Kirichenko told. Belarus represented CIS and conducted two inspections.
