President Victor Yushchenko vetoed a Law on Changes to Laws on Telecommunications and the Use of Radio Frequencies in Ukraine , Law on Chemical Sources of Electricity. He believes such new terms as telecommunications provider and technical means of telecommunications are inconsistent with Article 42 of the Constitution and Article 1 of the Law on Telecommunications.
Oleh Haiduck, Head of the National Commission on the Regulation of Communication, was commissioned to present all remarks and propositions at a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.
He believes the so-called ecological duty to import dangerous chemical sources of electricity and the provision to give preference to locally produced chemical sources of electricity if they do not differ economically and technically from their foreign analogues are consistent with Article 42 of the Constitution of Ukraine.
Deputy Justice Minister Inna Yemelyanova was delegated to present all remarks at a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.
