Today Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine plans to consider the signature of Agreement between Cabinet of Ukraine and Government of Russia on cooperation in conduct of inspection of Russian Black Sea Fleet military units’ location on the territory of Ukraine, as reported Yuri Yekhanurov, PM of Ukraine, during today’s Cabinet meeting.
“Ten months have not passed, but Economic Ministry along with Defense Ministry have finally prepared this document,” joked the PM.
According to the Premier, this document provides for that the property, included into the Agreement on Fleet division and used by Russian Black Sea Fleet, will be controlled by Ukrainian Defense Ministry; and the property, not included into the Agreement, but also used by Russia, will be managed by State Property Fund of Ukraine.
