Victor Yushchenko has signed the decree regulating the encouragement and mutual protection of investment, the President’s press service told.
In accordance with the agreement the parties must provide investment of each other with equal and just regime in comparison with domestic investors or investors from any other country.
The agreement was signed on November 4, 2003 in Panama. The Act on Ratification was passed by Verkhovna Rada on November 16.
