Summing up the Forum, the President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko said the countries of Baltic, Black Sea and Caspian regions have lots of things to do together: to fight corruption, shady economy and falsifications.
“These are problems which may not be resolved for one day. The example is Ukraine. And it is not only the question of funds but it is the big problem of social mentality,” stressed the President of Ukraine.
Addressing to the present authorities, Victor Yushchenko stated: “We must be united.”
The Head of the State thanked all participants for fruitful work and especially Mikhail Saakashvili as the initiator of the Forum.
The participants of the meeting approved the Declaration of the Baltic, Black Sea and Caspian Countries. It says about every possible support of aims and principles printed in UN Charter and the Human Rights Declaration.
