The Secretary of San-Francisco Federal District Court said the verdict would be brought on March 3, 2006. The date was postponed in accordance with the request of the parties. Previously, the final court was set on December 2, 2005.
Accused in extortion, fraud and money laundering Pavlo Lazarenko is under house arrest in San-Francisco. In June of 2003, he was let out for $65 million bail.
