The president of Vneshtorgbank (Export Trade Bank) Russia Andrey Kostin comes today in Kiev, the press service of the bank in Ukraine reported.
According to the previous information, Kostin is to meet the President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko and the directorship of the National Bank of Ukraine. The target of the visit is the purchase of one Ukrainian bank by Vneshtorgbank Russia. It planes to unite Ukrainian Vneshtorgbank with the new one in the future.
Vneshtorgbank Ukraine was created in March, 2005. It increased its nominal capital by 3.4 times: from 195 million hryvnas to 275 million.
