Teheran hosted a round of political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Ukraine and Iran, the Foreign Ministry's press service told.
The Ukrainian delegation was headed by the 3d Territorial Department director, Valeriy Rylach, who held talks with Iran's Foreign Minister Mehdi Safari and the Foreign Ministry's CIS department's director Morteza Saffari Natazi.
Bipartite cooperation in the energy sector and aircraft manufacture was discussed during the talks.
The Ukrainian side stated its readiness to promote relations with Iran.
