Former Chairman of Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Alexander Turchinov is surprised with Victor Yushchenko’s contradictory estimations of SBU work.
“I was very surprised by today’s President’s estimation of SBU work under my direction. It fundamentally differs from the estimation given a month ago during the board – SBU was the only agency among all law enforcement bodies which got positively estimation of President,” declared Turchinov.
He also underlined that “SBU under my direction was working for Ukraine, but not for somebody’s personal or corporative interests.”
